Delivery & Returns
All UK and channel island orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. Signed for Delivery is FREE on order over £25, and will arrive between 2-5 working days.
We aim to dispatch all items on the same day (if ordered by 2pm), but cannot guarantee this.
An alternative shipping address can be provided during the checkout process.
If your items does not arrive within 5 working days, then you should email us: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: 01200 760525.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.25
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 14 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 5 working days of notifying us. We recommended using a tracking return service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We will be unable to offer a refund or exchange for goods which are not returned to us within the 5 working days.
Faulty items should be reported to us within 7 days after delivery. Please get in touch by email: email@example.com or phone: 01200 760525 and we will advise you how to return the items. Please state your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We recommended using a tracking return service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

For undeliverable goods, which are refused or unclaimed or not present a refund will be provided with a deduction for the delivery fee incurred.
